A complete hardwood deck tile kit for balconies from 25 to 100 sq ft. Every kit includes the tiles with a 5% allowance for cuts, brown US4 deck tile connectors (one per 4 sq ft), DeckWise Ipe Oil Plus (one gallon per 250 sq ft) and DeckWise Ipe Seal end sealer for cut edges (one quart per 500 sq ft). Choose Ipe, Cumaru or Garapa 24 × 24 in tiles with quick connectors, or Ipe 12 × 12 in tiles with an interlocking base. All are durability class 1, 100% kiln-dried, unoiled hardwood from certified sustainable South American forests, carry a 50-year manufacturer warranty and weather to a silver patina if left untreated. The tiles install over a solid, level surface that drains, with no fasteners into the balcony. They raise the finished floor, so confirm the load rating, drainage and railing height first. Final layout, perimeter cuts and substrate suitability must be verified before installation.
